Cancellation Policy

At Vivid Morocco Tours, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to your bookings. All cancellations or changes to bookings must be submitted in writing via email to infos@vividmoroccotours.com. The date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notification. The following cancellation fees apply to all tours and services offered by Vivid Morocco Tours:

  3. Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
